Jesse Burnette
Jesse is the fourth generation of artist in the family and began revealing his artistic bent from a young age (it’s difficult to avoid the influence of art in our family).
While his style continues to develop, this new generation of artists has the benefit of the computer and a mixture of advanced programs. Click here to read his blog and discussion about his computer art/animation.
Currently, his focus is on animation and video. He began his YouTube career by gaining popularity as a toy reviewer. But it is his animated drawings and videos that have captured the attention of other professional animators. You can visit and subscribe to his YouTube page by clicking here.
One of Jesse’s early animations (and a favorite of his mom’s):
“Bored Upon a Summer’s Day”His animations and movie shorts have since become significantly more advanced. Check out his recent animated videos by clicking here.
He has won awards for his artwork and continues to draw and animate. Oftentimes, he collaborates with others as they draw upon their individual strengths: drawing, music, voiceover, script.
Jesse describes his style as influenced by surrealism as evidenced in his exaggerated characters and expression.
